These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of textile window decorations ("Products") by Illusion blinds, a company registered in Belgium, to customers worldwide. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.1 Orders must be placed in writing or via our official online platform.
2.2 Orders are subject to acceptance by Illusion blinds and are only binding upon written confirmation or shipment of the Products.
2.3 Any modifications or cancellations of confirmed orders require written approval from Illusion blinds.
3.1 All prices are in EUR (€), unless otherwise specified, and exclude VAT, customs duties, or other applicable taxes.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Late payments may result in interest charges of 1.5% per month and suspension of future deliveries.
4.1 Delivery times are estimates and non-binding.
4.2 Illusion blinds is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment.
4.4 Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
5.1 Customers must inspect Products upon receipt and report defects or discrepancies within 7 days.
5.2 No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
5.3 Custom-made or personalized Products are non-returnable unless defective.
6.1 Illusion blinds warrants that Products conform to agreed specifications.
6.2 Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
6.3 Liability is limited to the value of the defective Product and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Products remain with Illusion blinds.
7.2 Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any copyrighted material without permission.
Illusion blinds is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Belgium.
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
10.2 Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
